Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted for DVD's which have been opened. Returns will be accepted for other items purchased within 90 days along with a bill of sale or invoice. Items returned after 30 days and up to 90 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. The customer is responsible for the return freight costs. Items must be in excellent condition and in the original packaging for any refund. Any exceptions will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Please call our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-665-0252 to advise of the return prior to shipping and include a note indicating the reason for return along with the package. A full refund for items returned in the original packaging and in excellent condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are calculated by the value of the order, maximum charge being $21.95 for regular delivery to Canada and Continental U.S. Only. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, if necessary a customer service representative will contact you. Orders to a U.S. address are charged in U.S. funds and orders to a Canadian address are charged in Canadian funds. All orders will be sent factory direct from Elie, Manitoba, Canada by either mail or UPS. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (extra time may be needed at certain times due to high volume in U.P.S. or mail deliveries). |
